The watermark exists so you never pay for something you have not seen. That principle shapes everything below.
Before you pay
Your floor plan, your views and your technical sheets all preview free — obscured, but honestly representative. You decide with your eyes open, so most refund situations never arise.
If delivery fails
If a purchased file is corrupt, incomplete or does not arrive, we redeliver or refund in full. Your choice.
Change of mind
Within 24 hours of payment and before you download the clean files: full refund, no questions. After the clean files are downloaded, digital drawings cannot be returned and are not refunded, except under failed delivery above.
Revisions and views
A paid revision is refundable until the revision run begins. Once your fresh views are generated, it is not.
The stamped set
Refundable in full until the architect’s review begins. If you cancel during review, the architect’s professional time to that point is deducted. After the set is stamped, it is non-refundable — a professional has signed it. Printed copies damaged in transit are reprinted free.
